Greatest MINDS is a networking organization of educators, activists, entrepreneurs, young professionals, artists, and community members. Their mission is to provide mentorship and guidance to citizens and first-generation college students seeking to become active and successful contributors to civil society by giving them access to college, career, and community networks. Through their collaborative process, they work towards solving these social justice issues by developing a more democratic and inclusive economy.

George (Chip) Greenidge, Jr. is an award-winning educator, non-profit leader, sociologist, impact strategist, political advisor, influencer, philanthropist, and racial equity, diversity, and inclusion champion. His expertise includes leading organizations through systems change and leveraging cultural intelligence networks to produce community change and capacity-building efforts/projects in urban cities and college campuses.
